So, you all can fight over your mid-west cities, (all of which styles are good, in their own way), and you can look for me somewhere in Southeast Asia enjoying REALLY good ribs!
I live in Evergreen Colorado......just West of Denver. No big whoop I just prefer the moutains of Colorado to the swamps of MEM and the Skiing is better. Just my personal preference.
As to Southeast Asia..........when I'm there I tend to enjoy "other " things.
And BBQ ain't one of them.
