I did what they asked, and we're almost done. This USAA experience was a good one overall.
Same here as far as oddball questions:
1. Need a letter of employment from current employer stating you work there even though I had already provided pay statements.
2. A signed letter from me stating how my active duty service correlates to my current job.
3. Letter from my parents stating they have not provided me any money in the past which is a loan.
