Shouldn't this be info you would want to know BEFORE you accept the job? This is how I know there is no immediate threat of a pilot shortage. People work their butts off to get qualified for the job and just accept it. That was all fine in the past when your chances of making it to the top were pretty good. Now the top is more of a little carrot with gold colored paint dangled out in front of you.
What's to keep ATL CRJ from going double occupancy if no one cares and just takes the job?
