In 2000, they offered 1 yr, 3 yr, 5 yr, through 20 years service, or through 25 years of service. The 5 yr, 20, and 25 options were at 25k per year. I don't remember what the 1 yr and 3 yr offerings were, but they were less cash. The upfront amount was limited to 50% or 100k, whichever was less.
