dont think it will matter as a ftr pilot. as long as your worst crime is simply getting passed over i'd bet any ftr pilot will get continued. YOU can't ever get out the bonus early, only if mother af decides she wants you to go can they terminate it.

actually, as a ftr pilot, would it be so bad to be passed over yet paid a bonus every year until 20? betcha fly til 20. that might actually be a dream for many.
