It was busy most of the day yesterday, and I finally gave up for the day. Today, I got through after it literally rang for 10 minutes. I figured if they're not picking up, I'm gonna let it ring in their ear until they do.
Someone finally did pick up at the 10 minute point and I got my situation resolved.
This place is so jacked up right now......really kinda pathetic.
