The pilots at Avantair are hardworking professionals with valuable talent. They certainly don't deserve the way rats at the top have treated them, and I sincerely hope they find new employment ASAP.
Preferably with a company that maintains its aircraft, treats its employees with the respect, and meets payroll.

Have a beer tonight, pull out the suit and update the resume tomorrow.
