I'm thinking as we enter the years of 200+ potential age 60 guys the bean counters will view this as a significant potential for the "pool". How many per year will opt to continue is anyones guess, but I would think no hiring plans will get published until they feel they have a handle on the # potential for the 60+ er's.
Most of those guys probably can't swim in a 727 anyway (the DC-10's will be gone soon). Let's help them out and throw them a life preserver filled with lead. Let's face it ... who wants FoxHunter as their engineer anway?
