If you're talking about brand new wet certificate 450 hr TT ERAU grads, I wouldn't count on it.
If anything, it will most likely be an internship that leads to a guaranteed interview after you build so much total time.
I thought it was rough being a low time intern to line pilot guy at ACA (and for the most part I was accepted since I could do the job, but there are always jerks). I can't imagine what a CA that spent 5-10 years at the regionals and 5 years in the right seat of a 717 will think about flying with a 450 hr grad (from any school).
