Best of luck but I just don't see it. The 50 seat comment on this goes against what your pilots say on here that the E175 are growth. Sounds to be replacement in the long term.
Not true at all, our PPM is a legally binding document that management cannot change just because they feel like it. It must still go through SAPA and the pilot group. Misinformation like this doesn't help either my friend.
They have never changed anything without the permission of SAPA and without pilot ratification? Or is there some other document that they can change willy nilly? What labor law requires the company to adhere to this PMM? You are at-will employees, right?

Oh right, because non union airlines like VX and Skywest have a history of forced paycuts. Sorry, but that medal belongs to union ALPA carrier. And if 9E was non-union, it wouldn't have cone down to that. Those Colgan guys sitting at home would sit at home with zero pay. And I'd furlough them.
Nice straw man argument. Your point was that ALPA is the reason for their concessions. My only counter point is that if they were non-union, they would be worse off. Keep in mind the fact that the judge denied management's first attempt at abrogating the pinnacle pilots' contract. That is proof that they would have been worse off if they were non-union because they wouldn't even need the permission of a judge.
