No, SkyWest has never changed anything in this document without either a SAPA or entire pilot group vote. They have interpreted policies within this document differently than was intended, but name one airline that hasn't done this. There is a process for grievances and the like contained within our "contract". Also, the PPM is a legally enforceable document between the company and SAPA under the Railway Labor Act. And no, we are not "at-will employees". Once we are off the probationary period we are entitled to a disciplinary and representation system that is very similar to other union carriers. Once again, stop spouting off fancy words and get your facts straight. You don't work here and obviously have no clue how things really work.
