Yes because my hopefully it won't be bad is me rooting for such. I think a lot of SKW pilots are overly arrogant and their "we're better then the rest attitudes" annoying. However that doesn't mean i'm hoping they get pay cuts etc. I'm simply saying at this point I'm glad I have a contract and association as opposed to a none because your management team already showed their hand. They don't care Mesa and Pinnacle were bankrupt they claim it as a normal. That management mindset sounds dangerous and like a shift toward more greedy types that many claim is "different" at Skywest

Wasn't it Skywest who had an ugly change in their insurance a few years back? High deductible plan forced on them or something? If there's a binding agreement how did this change occur?
