It's not like any US carrier says "you know what is missing from our network...Russia". The demand for Americans heading to Russia on a daily basis must be very low unless it's to NYC or MIA.
I think its a pretty good market already and one that has growth potential down the road. I'd add DC to that list as well for heavy O&D and numerous large and mid sized cities for connections. Its interesting how DL was the only US airline to fly there for a while, then all the sudden everyone else capacity dumped and DL pulled one flight a day out to gift the capacity back and used Aeroflot to pick up the peak flying slack.
