As of 12/31/12 JAL was operating zero 747-400s. The last JAL 747 flight was in March 2011. Last ones left the fleet in small numbers to various other airlines in 2012.
In that case, Boeing has some 747-400s (from JAL on exchange for 787s) that are up for grabs for a real nice price.
