Not at all. We are almost in a constant state of scope negotiations (or we think we are). However management has not engaged ALPA on the AF JV or VA JV. Our NRT codeshare will probably be renegotiated.

Management is constantly running proposals to DCI. Labor is a component of those proposals. Using the progress of agreements as a litmus, the Pinnacle MEC is more engaged and has had better success than the Delta MEC in the last year.

Moak gave them a seat at the table. They will participate. This happened under T O'M's watch, not our current administration. Still, it is my opinion our current Administration failed by not making a formal objection to an Executive Board, or even firing a warning shot across National's bow to warn them that we will not tolerate undermining of the Delta MEC on issues that are the direct concern of Delta pilots.
