I'm in that group too. One of us has 29,000 hours and is typed in the DC-9 and 717. He is looking to stick around for a long time unless a flow happens to mainline. The rest of us are looking to stick around as well. I'd say about half currently have an opinion to try and flow to mainline at about the 3-5 year mark or just stick around at PDT if it doesn't happen. Of course it will most likely all depend on what PDT is called and operating in 3-5 years as well. Regardless none of us have expressed any real interest in going any place and just use PDT as a place to fill a void until something better comes along.
You're really going to stick around there making 25-35K, get abused by scheduling, and work inefficient AM/PM shifts long term?

If you live in base I can see it. It's really not a bad place to work if that's the case. Lord help you trying to commute though.
