us airways pilots are or have gotten a 40% pay increase to equal AA pilots and they are getting a 16% pay raise next year, so to low paid us airways pilot will be no more. the e190 will go from 95 to 125 first year pay at the new AA so the numbers gap will be increasing between regional and mainline.
