Da40pilot just to clarify its usual at most places depending on staffing that you'll only fly 30-60 hours a month and NOT break guarantee...at least at my carrier you'd get a plaque and water cannon salute if you broke garauntee. Just ain't gonna happen. Places like XJT it may be easier due to their size and better paying opportunities while on reserve.
