Odds are VERY good that the "best company to fly corporate for" is one you haven't ever heard of.
Part 91 compensation ranges from 121 regional FO pay to that of the most senior SWA/FDX/UPS captains, and tends to vary largely on aircraft type (Gulfstreams pay more than King Airs) and geographic location (ie. NYC pays more than Indianapolis).
On the whole, the average legacy airline pilot would probably earn more over a 20+ year career than the average corporate pilot. I'd say the average corporate pilot would have a vastly superior quality of life over that same time, with fewer weekends and holidays worked.
