So if that is the case why so much mis information in the print format such as Dicksons 28 June crew update and crew resources stating we are good for 2014 in July update. What is the motive to tell people we are going to hire then write we are good to go. That is not a leadership style that I ever learned in the Air Force or management class.

My take from the July resources update and the AE update was that resources has absolutely zero clue what they are doing.. just shooting from the hip at this point trying to make it work in early 2014 until new bodies can enter the system. btw- this bid was to staff for early 2014, not late 2014.
Notice how they keep saying hiring is not funded in 2013 over and over.... hiring IS funded for 2014 and has to start... no way around it.
Of course, I'm in a category that is critically understaffed...
