Is that why the company recently asked the union to increase reserve staffing? Hate to be one of those doom and gloom guys, but experience with this company is my guide. They are totally unprepared for the new work rules, are hoping for dual qual as a band aid, and will grossly increase reserves either way to cover for scheduling's incompetence and inability to comply with the new rules.
Unless they improve the QOL of reserves drastically, there is no way people will vote to increase reserves. I hope the union follows the same opinion.
