Hey one of the reasons I was given why the green slip system trumped the 1.5x pay above 80 or whatever it was at NWA was because GS pay was more equally shared.

okay, since that doesn't work outside of the A320 categories how about changing the number of allowed GSs before the next guy gets his chance to a calendar year instead of a bid period?
