Regrettably, there is nothing we can do bidding wise to bring back furloughees unless you lower the cap. On the other side regarding the JRM coin, I completely agree with you.

Precisely. With PBS (which we've had since bankruptcy), the build window went to 65-95 for the 320 and 65-89 for everybody else. Even if every single pilot chooses 65 hours in PBS, at some point the company will force (I think CAL guys call it a splat) flying to max hours minus the buffer (30 min, I think). So at roughly half way down the list or even higher if all of the more senior pilots chose min time, the credit time goes to max hours involuntarily. This isn't like bidding hard lines where guys are necessarily adding flying to their schedule. It is quite the opposite with the forced flying being involuntarily assigned with no drops or trades available to reduce the schedule. I lived two summers as a junior guppy Cap in that realm. Total nightmare...
