Gotta agree with this. They might be heavier, but that's because they were build with the beef to stand up to how rampers treat luggage. I've seen mine fall out the luggage bin of a 777 (slid off the belt loader). No problemo - just a little scratch to the back of the bag.

I'd like to see any other brand than PNT survive that fall (while fully loaded for a 6 day trip) and not have something break or rip.
