Just to put it out there. New hires will go straight to Florida. The company has a real hard one for that place. Hawaii as a pilot base is a bust, so scratch that one off your list.

You should be from Florida or the east coast in general. All west coasters buyer beware. West is dead as a doornail. If you’re a west coaster willing to wait out a west coast base. Good luck. The majority of schedules make commuting impossible. Most everyone that is junior on the west coast are continually on TDY, and/or waiting for the other shoe to drop, i.e. displacements.

Not sure if HR will still pitch the, “your home ever night” stuff. That is not the case for the junior. But, if you live in base it’s all good. The company is pretty solvent so far, but is growing like old people screw.
