Your BES % is irrelevant because you are merging with a larger pilot group with many more seats on the 756.
As an elected rep, for you to set your pilot's expectations that they should stay the same BES % is a huge disservice and will breed animosity among them once the SLI is announced.
Between that and your wonderful IAH update last month, your two faced "can't wait to work together" mantra is a bunch of B.S., if you ask me.
