Endeavor didn't buy the planes, Delta did and that means Delta can still pull the strings and put those planes where they want. The "agreement" isn't worth the paper it's printed on when it comes to Delta and how they deal with their reigonals.
If what you say comes true Endeavor will be the last Dci carrier for Delta. Dela will always have some sort of low cost pilots and in the long term it won't be other regionals.
I agree with a lot of your post but I believe Delta has different plans with Endeavor. Only time will tell.
