I read it dooch. You are whining about staffing and the fall out from with the $7 an hour morons working scheduling. Find a pilot group that has captured staffing control. And you expect a crappy little regional to grab it? File some contract complaints. IF you spent half the energy you spend here whining, encouraging others to file complaints when the company attempts to violate the contract, the unions goons would have a pile of complaints to drop on Tutts desk. He could not hide from that nor could the flight attendant than runs crew planning hide it. Everytime Holt and Tutts box gets flooded, things change. Why do they regress? Because wusses like you whine here instead of doing it in a form that be used.
Minimal rules? Go read a couple of other contracts sometime. For regional turds, the ASA contract has some fairly restrictive hours of service rules. However, you have nothing to compare it to because this is your first job. Nothing other than what affects your little world is you see through your myopic beady eyes. Go look at PSA "attaining" a better min day of 3.5 for an example. You don't have it as bad as you think do.

PSA? Really? You need that to prove your point. File grievances, that's your solution?
