I brought this point up already in another post- but will reiterate it here.
There are Furloughed (2x, not yet recalled to the LUAL Side either) LUAL Pilots who accepted positions on the LCAL Side (Per the TPA).

If the LUAL Proposal were implemented, they would be senior to themselves (!) and more importantly, immediately move up on their respective BES and therefore push current LCAL Pilots backwards overnight.

Also.. how is it going to work regarding the LUAL Voluntary Furlough Pilots?
It is my understanding that they have recall rights into the position they left from, ie "Jumbo" Capt (etc...)
I also believe that there is such a pilot flying as an FO in Guam on the 73 (took the LCAL Rehire position per the TPA).
Obviously, that pilot should slide into the SLI wherever he would have been on his original LUAL List. (I don't see the Vol Furlough the same way as InVol Furlough).
BUT
Now all of a sudden, will that "junior" current 737 Guam FO be able to put in a bid for 737 Guam Capt?!

Again, there are many little weird situations with the SLI due to the fact that one side had many furloughs, another had a few.. one side was getting new aircraft, another side wasn't.. And then you started allowing one side to hire from the other sides Furlough List.

Guess we'll know in 2 months~
