Can we only use reserve payback days from a green slip on days that are above coverage? Thought the contract said you'd be awarded the payback days "with the concurrence of Schedualing"? If you carry them over, you get to enjoy them capped on to your junior vacation days in February or September.
Other use is up to the discretion of Crew Scheduling, or in other words, NEVER.
