It's you who are making an assumption. The company can, on a good faith basis, require you to verify
any sick leave, including the first 100 hours. This is already happening. You are telling guys not to answer calls from the CPO regarding verification. I am telling them that if they don't, they had best check their time card and plan accordingly.
