Been with the company just over 2 years, going to make around 80k this year, live 20 minutes from the airport, work am shift ( show 0600 usually done around 1400), in my bed every night, just voted in a union, and flying newer airbus right now. That is how I am willing to put up with it. Things will get even better once we hash things out with the company on soft pay, 401k, and other things.... . Enjoy your EWR commute.

I can't stand when other pilots get on here and bad mouth another airline because their hourly pay rates are less. Everyone has different values and you should respect their decision.
