This is what I know. Ryan G. CEO of PCL was told by Delta they are going to hire 300 this fall. The reason he needs to know because PCL is getting 12 CRJ-900's and he needs to know how to staff them, with the possibilities of replacing captains that are going to flow and the SSP program.
