Buying a Purdy Neat bag has been the BEST purchase in luggage that I have ever made. I bought my first bag in 1997, and I just sent it to get a "tune-up" : a couple of new zippers, a new handle, and some frame work. That is 10 YEARS before I have had to do any work on it. Here at UPS, we get Travelpro luggage for free from the company. I have talked to many crewmembers that have said their luggage breaks within 1 year. Not very good...
