They are currently the same as the 145 (50-seater rate). This was imposed by the company with a complete disregard for the contract. The union is currently waiting on arbitration to settle this grievance.
Why even bother wasting time and money on arbitration when you know damn well it's just going to be another spectacular IBT failure?
