If you want to work at Republic that bad, I would almost recommend it. You can go in to interview here perfectly qualified and interview well and never get an offer.
Republic is and can afford to be very selective. They are interviewing MASSIVE amounts of people. About 20% are getting the job. That doesn't sound like 'anyone with a pulse', for those who keep throwing that out there. They are only showing ignorance of the situation.
Hope they upgrade fast. Otherwise they're often just sitting alongside completely unemployable rejects, most of which don't even have a degree, week after week for absolutely garbage pay. This isn't a knock at just Republic, but any regional. This industry hasn't exactly attracted the brightest and since there is no merit to promotions (upgrades) the ranks are filled with morons. I hope folks considering this prep aren't
ignorant of that.
