It certainly is. The hard data belongs to the NTSB, therefore it belongs to us. As soon as it's retrieved, it needs to be made public. Conclusions and probable cause are another matter as you state. ALPA should know this, but instead the Chairwoman had to remind them and embarrass them (us).

A bit concerning considering the emails I'm getting now from the DPA on how close they are to filing. I'm afraid the DPA leadership doesn't have the maturity level to take over and run things appropriately, but ALPA keeps on helping them out.
None of the DPA leadership after a decertification of ALPA has been elected by Delta pilots yet. So their maturity level can't be judged.
