We're hearing the same nonsense at awac as well. Massively deep concessions on an already concessionary contract. How low can we go? I was told that this would have no bearing on our negotiations whatsoever since this is a bankruptcy contract at pinnacle. Well that's obviously wrong. Pinnacle is the new standard bearer. None of us live/work in a vacuum. There are alot of new e-jets comig in the future for aa/airways and itll go to the regional who is willing to bend over and spread em the widest. Now is the time for alpa I step up and make sure we aren't all racing each other to the bottom. Isn't that the point of a union? Unity and strength in numbers?
