Jet Blue & U.S. Airways fly the E series. Can't think of a major / legacy that flies the CRJ.

They'll train you when they hire you. Why take a chance on a checkride bust before you've reached your career-destination? Each to his own, but only SWA has a clear hiring preference for those with a type.
