All vacancies are filled in order of seniority (across all certificates), with the following criteria:
- CAs cannot bid a lower paying position (pay is based on seat count NOT aircraft type)
- subject to 2-year seat lock.
- FOs are frozen in type until upgrade
And the company is of course allowed to waive any of these at their discretion, but the reality is that they will only do it if it helps them, not you.
