I am new to UPS but not new to the industry. The Captain has the final authority to the jump seat and can bump anyone he or she wants. The problem here is that UPS has dragged out these negotiations for over 3 years and has shown nothing but contempt towards the pilot group. When is enough........enough. How much money will they have to make or loose to show the pilot group that they mean something. And trust me the pilots are the ones on the front line making this plan a reality. Along with all the other groups like the dispatchers and the teamsters.

I am really glad that I have this job and I will stand on my head and spit wooden nickles if I have to. But enough is enough! Please show some respect!
My motivation is not to upset anyone. I just don't get it!
