What in the world are you talking about? You're complaining that another company got the best of you? Okay I Get it. When SkyWest has a downturn I wouldn't want others to cheer at the pain. But you've got to wake up and take your blinders off. Your company (including the pilots) was not running a sustainable business. You're management built a good model that turned obsolete and they were not smart enough to change with the times. They weren't able to contain cost, pilot pay being one of them. A competitor ate their lunch. You should be grateful you're on a winning team, for the time being. Through the work of thousands of others, you're able to continue the old obsolete ways a little longer. And when you fail to adapt you eventually get forced into a Pinnicle deal and then you really lower the bar for us all.
