For 9E it is the lessor of 1/3 of the class or 12. That's for the SSP. So the 20 per class would be 7 from pinnacle, and I believe 13 from Compass.

That's what I was afraid of. So in theory there maybe no off the steet hiring with the flows. I will have to break the news to my military friends waiting for hiring.
