After the merger CP got the exact same test and interview format that Delta uses. It sucks that so many spots are taken already. I understand it hurts your MIL buddies ( and myself/many others) but it is what it is. Please keep in mind too it's not their fault, Management came up with the agreements. I have heard alot of stories of guys acting bitter towards flows because " they took their MIL buddies spot". Don't be that guy.
Compass had a former NWA pilot sit at the interviews.
He broke his back and was medically retired from NWA and has pain that is very hard to manage. I know and respect him, but stop telling people that having him Comp HR were able to give the
same interviews as NWA did or Delta does.
"I understand it hurts", but a trip to psych eval in downtown ATL or a 20 min conversation with AK would probably cut many Compass guys.
