If you think for a minute that the thumbs up criteria for them to compass and the current interview at Delta is the same you are kidding yourself. Again, they might just be fine pilots but....different panel expectations. Again most in the panel were low time regional fo's and cfi's verses very experienced mil pilots and regional/national rj captains at the mainline interview with many more years under thier belt to screw up, explain and share.
Actually no they are not the same as the Delta in 07 it was similar to the former NWA interview
When I interviewed at Compass in fall of 2007 I had to do a 727 Sim ride with a Former LCA on the 727 an ATP test Followed by a panel interview with 2 former 747 retired CA and an HR who was from NWA
We were told this was the identical interview for NWA guys.
Since NWA had not started hiring in fall of 07 we were told Compass was the only way to get to NWA
