If with the recalls and then hiring they went 50/mo in Nov, Dec, Jan and then 20/mo from Feb to Sep, what would the flows and off the street hires look like there?

When I was hired in 2010 they were running simultaneous classes for (off the street hires/DCI hires) and (furlough recalls and flow throughs). We all met on day 1 for lunch and got to rub elbows.
