I don't have the exact timeline in front of me, but the company and ALPA are currently meeting on a regular basis with a mediator. Anything unresolved by the fall will be decided by the same mediator, who will switch roles and become an arbitrator. The arbitration is binding and the new agreement will be completed no later than November. I'm sure someone will correct me if this is wrong.
Clarification: there is a limit of open items the arbitrator will rule on. I believe it is 20 items. I think all other unresolved issues revert back to the old language. I say "think" because I'm relying on my memory so take it for what it's worth.
