The new ATP regs require a pilot to obtain 1000 SIC in a 121 operation so at a minimum you will have 2+ years as an FO, then if they want you to have to have 1000 Tpic then that's another two years. The B scale is not for new hires, the B scale will become reality for all pilots on property and at other regionals.
