9E IS the problem. You voted more than half of your selves out of a job and the rest for horrible wages. Delta bragged about how they got you to do it and the rest of the industry liked it. 9E started this. ZERO doubt about that.

9E's previous contract was hardly industry leading. Payrates not much better if at all than ASA and worse than XJT. Name a "leading" aspect of that contract that ASA or ExpressJet didn't have for years before that.
