That is not correct. I also know plenty of qualified guys that are just waiting on a call in my squadron alone. Most are bummed about the flow/guaranteed interview, but that's how it is. This career is about luck and timing. Bad time for mil dudes trying to go to DAL IMO (also civ dudes that don't fly for a compass or pinnacle).
